Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuator with Butterfly Valve
This product consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a butterfly valve. It adopts a diaphragm-type pneumatic actuator with compact structure, small size and stable output torque, enabling continuous valve regulation and remote control. The air pressure acts on the actuator diaphragm to push the push rod and valve stem, which rotates the butterfly valve disc to realize on-off control and flow regulation of the pipeline medium. The actuator can be equipped with solenoid valve, limit switch, valve position feedback device and handwheel mechanism to meet different automatic control system requirements. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, water treatment and other industries.
